ServiceTitan does not publish a price; its pricing page names three package tiers and says pricing is per technician, with every dollar amount set in a sales call. The quote moves with the package, the add-ons, your technician count, onboarding and the contract terms you negotiate.
Quick answer
Open servicetitan.com/pricing yourself: each of its three tiers has a "Request Pricing" button and no dollar figure (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07). Before any demo, write down your technician count and which Pro add-ons you need (marketing, phones, online booking, dispatch, fleet, pricebook). Ask for the contract term, the onboarding cost and any minimum technician count in writing. Then ask what no tier name tells you: can the system send a finished job's revenue back to the Google or Meta ad the customer clicked?
What does ServiceTitan's own page actually say?
Three tiers, each adding features rather than swapping them: Starter covers dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing and pricebook; Essentials adds mobile estimates and payroll management; The Works adds advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07). The page states "per-technician pricing" as the unit, its menu lists the Pro add-ons below, and it offers an ROI calculator instead of a number. Nowhere on it is a dollar figure, a contract length or an onboarding fee. A separate Max Package page describes a bundle built around AI agents, also without a price (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07).
Who counts toward that per-technician price is set in the terms of use. A Field User is someone who performs jobs, leads an install crew or has revenue attributed to their work, with Managed Technicians and Managed Installers as the subscription types; office staff are Administrative Users, which a package may include in set quantities at no extra charge. If you agree to a minimum number of subscriptions, you pay for at least that many for the whole term, and removing someone mid-month does not lower that month's bill (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07).
Comparison sites publish per-technician and implementation-fee ranges for ServiceTitan, but none of those figures comes from ServiceTitan's own page, so treat them as estimates to check on your own call.
What are the add-ons, and what does each one do?
ServiceTitan's Pro products page names seven add-ons, and its terms of use treat a Pro product as an additional subscription charged on top of the package (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07):
| Add-on | What ServiceTitan's own page says it does |
|---|---|
| Marketing Pro | Launches automated campaigns and tracks performance "to reduce wasted ad spend" (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07) |
| Contact Center Pro | Puts customer calls in one contact center inside ServiceTitan, with AI Virtual Agents that book jobs against your real-time capacity (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07) |
| Scheduling Pro | Online booking on your website, around the clock, that follows your dispatch rules, availability and job types (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07) |
| Dispatch Pro | Combines job-assignment suggestions with centralized task management for dispatchers (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07) |
| Pricebook Pro | An integrated flat-rate pricebook that ServiceTitan says saves hours on setup and maintenance (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07) |
| Fleet Pro | Tracks vehicles and assets and reconciles payroll against GPS data (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07) |
| Field Pro (formerly Sales Pro) | Gives technicians pre-job briefs, AI-guided diagnostics and post-job coaching (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07) |
None of these pages shows a price either; your quote should say which come bundled and which are billed separately.
What should you ask before you accept a number?
Get every answer below in writing before you sign.
| Ask this | Why it matters | What a written answer should include |
|---|---|---|
| What is the per-technician price at my headcount, on each of the three tiers? | ServiceTitan's page confirms the unit but no figure, so the quote is the only place you see it | A dollar amount per technician per month, tied to a specific tier and headcount |
| Is there a minimum technician count, and what if my headcount drops? | The terms hold you to any agreed minimum for the term; without one, ServiceTitan may raise your pricing if your Field User count falls (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07) | The minimum, if any, and the per-technician price at a lower headcount |
| Which add-ons are bundled, and which cost extra? | Marketing Pro, Dispatch Pro and the rest are separate subscriptions, not features of a tier | A line-item list naming each add-on and its separate monthly cost, if any |
| What does onboarding or implementation cost, and what does it cover? | Not stated on the public page at all | A fixed fee or a scoped range, with what is included (data migration, training, go-live support) |
| What is the contract term, and what does leaving early cost? | The terms leave the term to your order form and set the early-termination fee at all remaining payments | The term in months, the renewal date and the notice deadline |
| Can the price change during my term? | Unless your order form says otherwise, the terms let ServiceTitan change fees with 30 days' notice | A price held for the full term, written into the order form |
| Can I export my data if I cancel, and how long do I have? | The terms say ServiceTitan need not keep your data more than 60 days after termination | The 60-day window, the export format and any service fee |
| Which plan includes the Google Ads and Meta Ads integrations? | ServiceTitan's help center ties them to Marketing Pro Ads, and its Max articles to the Max subscription | Written confirmation of which tier or add-on is required, and what it costs on top |
What happens to your account if you leave?
Leaving has two costs in ServiceTitan's terms of use. Ending the agreement before its term is over costs a termination fee equal to all remaining payments, the exception being a material breach by ServiceTitan that it does not fix within 30 days of your written notice. After termination, on your request, it will make "commercially reasonable efforts" to export your data in electronic format, service fees may apply, it makes no promise about the export's completeness, and it need not keep the data more than 60 days (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07). Ask for a sample export before you sign, and put a request date on your calendar for the week you give notice.
Can ServiceTitan show you which ads bring paying clients?
ServiceTitan's dynamic call tracking (DNI, dynamic number insertion) shows each website visitor a tracking number that changes with where they saw your ad (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07). It assigns the call's campaign from the UTM parameters in the page address (the tags that name an ad's source), "consistent with how Google Analytics determines web traffic sources" (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07). ServiceTitan accounts in Canada must use Manual DNI, where you decide how many tracking numbers to add instead of the system adding them as traffic grows (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07).
For a Google Ads click, ServiceTitan stores the caller's gclid (the click ID Google attaches to the link), sends a conversion to Google Ads once the job is booked, and then "final invoiced revenue flows back to Google Ads as the actual conversion value" (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07). Its help center points anyone who wants this to Marketing Pro Ads and says the integration is not complete until Google Analytics and DNI are also set up (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07); its Max article lists the integration as part of Marketing that comes with a Max subscription.
Meta Ads get a parallel path: Marketing Pro Ads reads the UTM parameters to assign calls and jobs to a Meta campaign, captures the Facebook Click ID (FBCLID), and uses that ID to send bookings and job completions back to Meta Ads as conversion events; DNI is required for both (ServiceTitan, checked 2026-10-07). The same page notes that Meta only credits a conversion to a campaign if the booking happens within seven days of the click, and that Meta has to match the customer to a Meta user profile by email, phone number or the click ID before the conversion shows up in its own reports.
Without the click ID that DNI captures, ServiceTitan can tell you which campaign a call came from, but Google and Meta never learn which of their clicks became paid jobs. With it, the loop closes at invoiced revenue, not just a booked call, so the ad platform can favor the searches and audiences that produce paying customers. It is the same reasoning behind sending booked or paid outcomes from a CRM back to Google Ads for any business, and that upload is the part of my own work history that applies here; I have never set up ServiceTitan itself for a client.
Two quotes, one shop: how does the math change over a year?
Illustrative: all figures here are invented for a made-up 8-technician HVAC and plumbing shop weighing two quotes for the same tier; none comes from a ServiceTitan quote or a client.
| Line | Quote A: lower monthly, separate add-ons | Quote B: higher monthly, add-ons bundled |
|---|---|---|
| Base, per technician per month | $300 × 8 = $2,400 | $380 × 8 = $3,040 |
| Marketing Pro | $300/month, billed separately | Included |
| Dispatch Pro | $250/month, billed separately | Included |
| Monthly total | $2,950 | $3,040 |
| Onboarding (one time) | $4,000 | $2,500 |
| Contract length | 12 months | 12 months |
| Year-one total | $2,950 × 12 + $4,000 = $39,400 | $3,040 × 12 + $2,500 = $38,980 |
Formula: year-one total = (monthly total × 12) + onboarding. On these made-up numbers, Quote B, with the higher per-technician price, costs $420 less in year one once Quote A's separate add-ons are counted. Run the same two columns on your own quotes before comparing a single monthly number, since a lower first line can leave add-ons and onboarding for the rows below it.
What do the alternatives publish?
Each line comes from the vendor's own pricing page; the order is not a ranking:
- Jobber publishes monthly prices for Core and higher plans, plus a cost per added user (Jobber, checked 2026-10-07); see the full breakdown.
- Housecall Pro publishes monthly prices for Basic, Essentials and Max, lower on annual billing (Housecall Pro, checked 2026-10-07); see the full breakdown.
- FieldEdge names Select, Premier and Elite but shows no dollar figure and sends visitors to a demo for a quote, the same pattern as ServiceTitan (FieldEdge, checked 2026-10-07).
- Service Fusion publishes monthly prices for Starter, Plus and Pro, and says every plan includes unlimited users (Service Fusion, checked 2026-10-07).
For Jobber against Housecall Pro, see the comparison. Whether each one sends invoiced revenue back to Google Ads or Meta is a separate question from price; check it in each vendor's own help center before assuming a cheaper tool closes the same loop.

Frequently asked questions
Is ServiceTitan worth the money?
ServiceTitan's pricing page offers an ROI calculator but no price, so the payback math has to run on your own quote ([ServiceTitan](https://www.servicetitan.com/pricing), checked 2026-10-07). Add a year of subscription to the onboarding fee, set that against the jobs or revenue you expect it to help win, and run the same math on a competitor's quote. The measurement section below decides whether you can trust the revenue side of that comparison.
Who competes with ServiceTitan?
Field service tools with their own pricing pages include Jobber, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge and Service Fusion; the alternatives section below cites each page, checked 2026-10-07. This guide does not rank them. Compare each vendor's own page and a written quote for the same headcount rather than a comparison site's summary.
Is ServiceTitan only for HVAC companies?
No. ServiceTitan's own site lists residential trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage door, septic and pest control, and commercial trades including mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing and fire and life safety, plus construction ([ServiceTitan](https://www.servicetitan.com/), checked 2026-10-07). Which add-ons make sense still depends on your trade, not just your headcount.
Does ServiceTitan require a long-term contract?
ServiceTitan's terms of use say the term is whatever your order form specifies; only when the terms are your sole agreement are subscriptions month-to-month, renewing automatically unless either side gives 30 days' written notice ([ServiceTitan](https://www.servicetitan.com/legal/terms-of-use), checked 2026-10-07). Ending the agreement before its term is over costs a termination fee equal to all remaining payments, under the same terms. Read the term on your order form before you sign.
What happens to my data if I cancel ServiceTitan?
ServiceTitan's terms of use say that after termination it will make commercially reasonable efforts to export customer data on request, that service fees may apply, and that it is not obligated to retain that data for more than 60 days after termination ([ServiceTitan](https://www.servicetitan.com/legal/terms-of-use), checked 2026-10-07). Request the export the same week you cancel, not after.
