Jobber prices four plans by team size on its own site: Core at $49 a month for one user, Connect at $139 and Grow at $199 (also one user), and Plus from $499 for five users, each cheaper billed annually ($29, $99, $149 and $399). Marketing Suite ($99 a month), Pipeline ($49) and the AI Receptionist ($29) cost extra on every plan except Plus, and card processing comes on top at 2.9% plus 30 cents.
Quick answer
Core, Connect and Grow step up $50 to $100 a month at the same team size and billing option; Plus starts at five users and runs $130 to $200 above Grow. Paying annually instead of month to month lowers the entry price by $20 on Core and up to $100 on Plus. Marketing Suite, Pipeline and the AI Receptionist come with Plus and are listed at $99, $49 and $29 a month on the other plans. Past 15 users on any plan, or past one user on Core, the page stops quoting and asks you to talk to sales. Match your crew's size and must-have features to the table below before that call.
What does each plan actually include at that price?
Prices are Jobber's own, for the lowest team-size tier on each plan, in USD and before any sales tax (Jobber pricing, checked 2026-10-07).
| Plan | Entry team size | No commitment | 1-year commitment | Billed annually | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | 1 user | $49/mo | $39/mo | $29/mo | Online booking and requests, quotes, invoicing, online payments, a website, built-in reporting, 100+ app integrations |
| Connect | 1 user | $139/mo | $119/mo | $99/mo | Automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, checklists, automated quote and invoice follow-ups, QuickBooks Online sync, time and expense tracking |
| Grow | 1 user | $199/mo | $169/mo | $149/mo | Quotes with images (reviews on quotes need a Reviews add-on), optional line items, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way SMS, custom workflow automations |
| Plus | 5 users | $499/mo | $439/mo | $399/mo | Unlimited photo and video storage, crew scheduling, team mentions, expense automation with profitability alerts, custom reports, plus Pipeline, Marketing Suite and the AI Receptionist with no separate charge |
Connect and Grow also print 5, 10 and 15-user tiers, Plus prints 10 and 15, and Core has no preset above one user. Every tier's card repeats the same line: add users for $29 a month each. Above 15 users, or above one user on Core, the calculator shows "Built for your team size" and a Contact Sales button instead of a price, even though Core's own card carries that $29 added-user line too.
Which plan fits a crew this size?
Jobber's own tier prices, matched to the feature each tier first adds, billed annually (its cheapest published option) and multiplied by 12.
| Crew size or need | Plan that covers it | Published annual total |
|---|---|---|
| Solo operator, booking and invoicing only | Core, 1 user, $29/mo | $348 |
| Solo operator who wants automated reminders, route optimization, QuickBooks sync | Connect, 1 user, $99/mo | $1,188 |
| 5-person crew that also needs job costing, two-way SMS, quotes with photos | Grow, 5 users, $229/mo | $2,748 |
| 10-person crew that wants crew scheduling, unlimited photo storage, Marketing Suite and the AI Receptionist bundled in | Plus, 10 users, $449/mo | $5,388 |
Because every tier's card prices added users at $29 a month each, ask whether a 6-person crew on Grow can stay on the 5-user tier plus one seat, $258 a month billed annually, rather than the 10-user tier's $299 with four seats unused.
What do the add-ons and processing fees add to the bill?
Three add-ons cost extra on Core, Connect and Grow and come inside Plus, each priced monthly on the pricing page: Marketing Suite at $99 (a built marketing plan Jobber's site describes as showing "what to promote, when to reach out, and where to show up next"), Pipeline at $49 (one view of every request and quote on its way to a booked job), and the AI Receptionist at $29, which picks up calls and texts when nobody at the shop can and can book jobs into the calendar (Jobber pricing, checked 2026-10-07). The Receptionist's own feature page names no price and links back to pricing (Jobber AI Receptionist, checked 2026-10-07), and neither page says whether these prices vary by plan or team size. A fourth, Reviews, shows up only in a comparison-table footnote, with no price.
Card and bank processing rates are printed in full: online card payments cost 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction, Tap to Pay through the mobile app costs 2.7% plus 30 cents, bank transfers (ACH, listed for the US only) cost 1%, and an instant payout adds another 1% on top of whichever rate applies. Card processing is listed for the US, Canada and the UK (Jobber pricing, checked 2026-10-07).
A Canadian crew sending promotional emails or texts needs the recipient's express or implied consent under Canada's anti-spam law, while a message that solely "facilitates, completes or confirms" a job the client already agreed to is exempt from that consent rule, though both still need sender details and an unsubscribe option (Justice Laws, CASL s. 6, checked 2026-10-07).
What do the trial, billing and cancellation terms say?
The free trial runs 14 days with full access to Grow-plan features and no credit card required. A no-commitment monthly subscription cancels any time and ends at the close of the current billing period. A 1-year-commitment monthly subscription has a 12-month minimum; cancelling early still bills monthly until that term runs out.
An annual prepaid subscription is billed for the full year up front; cancelling early keeps access until the term ends, but the payment already made is not refunded. Every subscription auto-renews at the end of its term unless set to non-renew, under Jobber's own terms of service. You can upgrade at any time; a downgrade waits until the current billing cycle, monthly or annual, runs out (Jobber pricing, checked 2026-10-07).
What would a crew actually pay in year one?
Illustrative: this crew and its card volume are invented for the sums, not taken from any client; the plan, seat, add-on and processing rates are Jobber's published ones.
A 6-person residential cleaning crew picks Connect at the 5-user tier, billed annually, plus one added seat, $149 a month plus $29 for the extra user, $178 a month, $2,136 for the year. The crew also collects $20,000 a year in online card payments across 160 transactions: 2.9% of $20,000 is $580, plus 160 times 30 cents is $48, for $628 in processing fees. The owner adds Marketing Suite at its listed $99 a month, $1,188 for the year.
| Line | Figure | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Software, Connect 5 users + 1 extra, annual | $2,136 | Published tier price plus $29/mo extra user |
| Card processing, $20,000 across 160 payments | $628 | 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction, published rate |
| Marketing Suite add-on, 12 months | $1,188 | Listed $99/mo; confirm it for your plan |
| Year one total | $3,952 | Sum of the three lines above |
The formula: (plan rate plus $29 per added user, times 12) plus (card revenue times 2.9%, plus transactions times 30 cents) plus (each add-on's monthly price, times 12). Swap in your own crew size, card volume and the add-on price you get in writing.
How do Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and Workiz price themselves?
Housecall Pro's own pricing page lists Basic at $59 a month billed annually ($79 monthly, 1 user), Essentials at $149 annually ($189 monthly, 5 users), and Max at $299 annually ($329 monthly, 8 users, $35 a month per additional user) (Housecall Pro pricing, checked 2026-10-07); Housecall Pro pricing, add-ons and fees added up covers it on its own. ServiceTitan's pricing page prints no dollar figure: it calls its pricing per-technician and puts a "Request Pricing" button on each of its three tiers (ServiceTitan pricing, checked 2026-10-07). Workiz's pricing page also shows no price on any of its three tiers, each behind "Request pricing," though it does state a 7-day free trial with no credit card required (Workiz pricing, checked 2026-10-07). For a side-by-side of Jobber against the one competitor that does publish numbers, Jobber vs Housecall Pro, matched to the week you actually run goes feature by feature.
Can Jobber show which ads bring a paying job?
Partly, inside Jobber, and only for some channels. Jobber's client record carries a Lead Source field with default options for Referral, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Flyer, Vehicle wrap, Event and Other, up to 100 sources in all; its help article lists the field on Core, Connect and Grow, and Plus includes every Grow feature (Jobber, checked 2026-10-07). A UTM tag (text appended to a link that labels its origin, for example utm_source=google; Jobber reads source, medium, campaign, term and content) on a request or online-booking link fills that field in automatically. Jobber's Clients report can then put lead source and UTM source, medium, campaign and content columns next to jobs and sent invoices in dollars (Jobber, checked 2026-10-07).
Jobber also documents a Local Services Ads integration (Google's ads for local trades that charge when a customer contacts you through the ad): a "Book Online" button on the ad books straight into your Jobber calendar. New clients who book through your Google Business Profile get "Google" in Lead Source automatically, a label that article does not split between the paid ad and the free profile (Jobber, checked 2026-10-07).
Jobber's own request and booking forms can also send events to Google Analytics 4 (GA4, Google's free website analytics): a request fires "generate_lead" and a submitted online booking fires "purchase", which here means a booking, not a payment. GA4 also needs cross-domain measurement set up for clienthub.getjobber.com. Jobber's help center flags one limit itself: a form embedded on your own site through its HTML code may not track reliably, because that tracking depends on third-party cookies inside an iframe, which most browsers block by default (Jobber, checked 2026-10-07).
What none of Jobber's own documentation states is a way to carry a Google Ads click ID (the gclid, Google's ID for one ad click) onto a job and send the job's value back to Google Ads, the step field service software with the ad kept next to the job describes for the category generally. Zapier (in Jobber's plans from Connect up) publishes its own template that sends a Google Ads offline conversion when a new client is created in Jobber, not when an invoice is paid (Zapier, checked 2026-10-07). For calls, Jobber documents a CallRail integration (call tracking, a separate paid product that assigns a tracking number per ad or listing): CallRail writes a marketing source, medium, campaign and keywords onto the matching client, but only for phone calls, not texts or form submissions (Jobber, checked 2026-10-07); what a call tracking trial needs to prove before you buy it covers what to test first.
My media-buying years, October 2023 to September 2025 and nearly $700K in spend across Google and Meta, showed me that an ad platform only learns what the software beneath it reports. Nothing I found on Jobber's help pages sends a paid invoice to Google Ads, so the revenue in that Clients report stays inside Jobber.
What to ask Jobber in the demo
- Marketing Suite, Pipeline and the AI Receptionist are listed at $99, $49 and $29 a month: is that what I pay on my plan and head count, in writing?
- Does my exact head count land on a preset tier, or does it push me into the custom quote, and what does that quote come out to?
- Can I add seats to Core at $29 each, or does a second user mean a sales quote?
- Can a finished job's revenue reach Google Ads or GA4 with the click ID attached, or does lead source tracking stop at the booking?
- Is the CallRail integration on my plan? Jobber's own help page says it is available on select plans.
- What exports when I leave, in what file format, and is anything about my price locked for a term?

Frequently asked questions
Why does Jobber's price jump so much between plans?
Each step adds features, and Plus also adds seats. On no-commitment billing at one user, Core to Connect adds $90 a month and Connect to Grow adds $60; Plus starts at five users and costs $200 more than Grow's 5-user tier. Plus also includes Marketing Suite, Pipeline and the AI Receptionist, which the other plans buy separately at the listed $99, $49 and $29 a month.
Does Jobber charge extra for QuickBooks sync?
Not as a separate fee, but not on Core either: Jobber's pricing table marks QuickBooks Online and Xero sync on Connect, Grow and Plus only. A one-user shop that only needs scheduling and invoicing can skip it and stay on Core.
What happens once a crew grows past 15 people?
Every plan's calculator stops at a 15-user tier and then switches to a custom quote: the page's own words are 'Built for your team size... Let's chat.' Core does not even offer a 5, 10 or 15-user preset; its card goes from one user straight to that same custom-quote prompt.
Is the Jobber mobile app included for every crew member?
The iOS and Android app is marked available on all four plans, with no separate line item. Each person who logs in still counts as a user, though, and every plan card prices added users at $29 a month each. Jobber's pricing FAQ adds that the app is available in Spanish to all team members except administrators and account owners.
Does Jobber publish what its AI Receptionist costs?
Yes, on the pricing page, though not on the Receptionist's own feature page: it is listed at $29 a month. The comparison table marks it as an add-on for Core, Connect and Grow and includes it in Plus. Neither page says whether that price changes with team size, so get your figure in writing.
