Dental practices

A dental website that books new patientsand shows which ads sent them

I build dental websites with online booking and call tracking, then connect them to Google Ads and GA4, so you can see which ads bring new patients who keep their first visit. The site sits in your own hosting account and uses the scheduling you already have, or a booking page you choose.

What counts in dental practices
What counts as the result
A new patient who came to the first visit, and later the treatment plan they accepted. A form or a booking request is only the start.
Where it lives
Your practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental and others) and the online scheduling that feeds it.
What goes back to Google Ads
A first-visit value you choose, and the accepted treatment amount if your software can export it.
What I build

Everything a booking needs, from the ad to the visit

01

Pages new patients look for

Home, a new-patient page (what to expect, which insurance you take), one page per main treatment, your dentists, each office with hours and directions, booking and contact.

02

Booking that works on a phone

Your online scheduling on your own pages, or a short request form if you'd rather confirm by phone. I test every path on an iPhone and an Android before launch.

03

Calls counted by source

A tracked number on the site and in the ads, so a call that came from an ad counts for that ad.

04

Each booking counted once

GA4 and Google Ads conversions for bookings, calls and forms, each counted once. The Google Business Profile link carries a tag, so profile visits stop hiding in Direct.

05

Kept visits back to Google Ads

With the Closed Loop package, a patient your software marks as seen goes back to Google Ads with a click id and a value. Never a name or a treatment.

06

Yours to keep

Your domain, your hosting, your Google accounts. I work inside them, and you can remove my access any day.

Your software

The tools I connect

I've set up DrChrono, Calendly and CallRail myself, and booking widgets on WordPress sites. For dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental and the online scheduling tools on top of them), I check on our first call whether yours can pass the ad click through or export kept visits, before I quote.

Proof

Built for a real practice, shown in the case studies

The booking and tracking parts are the ones I built for a medical practice in New York: the ad click saved with each booking, calls tracked by source, and visits that happened sent back to Google Ads.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first

How much does a dental website with online booking cost?

From $3,490 for a dental website with online booking, call tracking and conversion tracking, up to 8 pages, fixed in writing after a 15-minute call. Paid monthly it is $490 a month for 12 months, hosting included. If you keep the site you have, booking and tracking alone are $1,490.

Can I keep my current website?

Yes. If the site works and you like it, the Booking + Tracking package ($1,490) adds online booking and call tracking and sets up the conversions. A redesign is quoted the same way as a new site.

Will it work with our scheduling software?

Usually, if the scheduler can show on your own pages or send a booking out by webhook or export. I check yours on the first call and say so before I quote, not after.

How do you handle patient privacy?

The setup stays HIPAA-conscious. Patient records stay in your own systems; Google Ads and GA4 get an ad click id, a value and a time, never a name, a phone number in plain text or a treatment.

Do you run our ads?

No. I build the site and the measurement. You or your agency keep running the ads, now with counts you can check against your own schedule.

How long does it take?

Four to six weeks for a new site. Booking and tracking on your current site take two to three weeks.
