A medical practice website that books patientsand counts the ones who show up
I build medical practice websites with online booking and call tracking, and I link the booking to Google Ads so the ads learn from patients who kept their visit. It's the setup I built for a medical practice in New York, and the case study shows each part.

- What counts as the result
- The kept appointment: the patient who arrived. A form, a booking click or a no-show doesn't count.
- Where it lives
- Your EHR or scheduler. I've built this on DrChrono; with another EHR I check its export or API on our first call.
- What goes back to Google Ads
- The visit fee, or the amount collected if your EHR records it.
Everything a booking needs, from the ad to the visit
Pages patients look for
Home, one page per service line, your providers, insurance and self-pay prices if you publish them, each location with hours, booking and contact.
Booking from your own pages
Your EHR's online scheduling or a booking widget on the site, with confirmation emails and texts, tested on a phone before launch.
Calls counted by source
Tracked numbers on the site and in the ads, so each call counts for the ad or listing that brought it.
One booking, one conversion
Bookings, calls and forms counted once in GA4 and Google Ads. Old tags that count one booking twice come out first.
Kept visits back to Google Ads
With the Closed Loop package, visits that happened go back to Google Ads as offline conversions, matched by the ad click, with no patient details.
Each location kept apart
A practice with several offices sees which location each booking and call came from, so budget goes to the office that needs patients.
Pick the part you're missing. The price is on the card.
Website + Booking
No site yet, or one that doesn't book: a new practice website with booking and tracking.
Booking + Tracking
A site you like that can't book or can't see bookings: booking and tracking added to it.
Closed Loop
Ads every month: kept visits go back to Google Ads, so it bids for patients who show up.
The tools I connect
I've set up DrChrono, Calendly and CallRail myself, including DrChrono bookings that carry the ad click and kept visits sent back to Google Ads. For another EHR or scheduler, I check on our first call whether it can pass the click or export kept visits, before I quote.
Built for a real practice, shown in the case studies
This is the work I've done end to end for a medical practice in New York: the ad click saved at booking, calls tracked by source, duplicate conversions removed, bookings reconciled across three systems, and kept visits uploaded back to Google Ads.
The rules that shape the site
Each of these is a guide I wrote from the primary sources, checked on the date it shows.
Questions owners ask first
How much does a medical practice website cost?
From $3,490 for a practice website with online booking, call tracking and conversion tracking, up to 8 pages, fixed in writing after a 15-minute call. Paid monthly it is $490 a month for 12 months, hosting included. If you keep the site you have, booking and tracking alone are $1,490.
Do you work with DrChrono?
Yes, hands-on. Bookings from the site carry the ad click, and visits that happened go back to Google Ads as offline conversions. I built and debugged this for a US medical practice.
How do you handle patient privacy?
The setup stays HIPAA-conscious. Patient records stay in your own systems; Google Ads and GA4 get an ad click id, a value and a time, never a name, a phone number in plain text or a treatment.
Who writes the medical content?
You or your clinicians approve every clinical statement. I lay out the pages and draft the plain parts: services, hours, locations, insurance and booking.
We have several locations. Does that change anything?
Each location gets its own booking path and tracked numbers, so you see which office each patient came for. A second location on the same EHR is quoted against the setup already built.
Do you run our ads?
No. I build the site and the measurement. You or your agency keep running the ads, now with counts you can check against your own schedule.

Tell me what you have now: the site, the booking tool, the ads. I'll say what I'd build and send a fixed price in writing.
