A med spa website that books treatmentsand shows which ads bring paying clients
I build med spa websites with online booking and call tracking, then connect your booking platform to Google Ads, so you see which ads bring clients who book and pay. In a cash-pay med spa the amount is known on the day of the visit, so the ads can learn from the real number the same day.

- What counts as the result
- A paid treatment. A consult booked online is the start; the visit that was paid for is the result.
- Where it lives
- Your booking platform (Boulevard, Vagaro, Mangomint, Zenoti, Mindbody and others) or your EMR.
- What goes back to Google Ads
- The amount paid for the visit, known the same day in a cash-pay practice.
Everything a booking needs, from the ad to the visit
Treatment pages that book
One page per treatment: what it is, who it suits, the price range if you publish it, and a button that books it. Plus your providers, location and contact.
Booking from each treatment page
Your booking platform on your own pages, linked to the right treatment where the platform allows it, tested on a phone before launch.
Calls counted by source
A tracked number on the site and in the ads, so a call about a treatment counts for the ad that brought it.
Each booking counted once
Bookings, calls and forms counted once in GA4 and Google Ads, with the Google Business Profile link tagged.
Paid visits back to Google Ads
With the Closed Loop package, paid visits go back to Google Ads with the amount, so bidding learns which treatments and ads earn the most.
Yours to keep
Your domain, your hosting, your booking account and your Google accounts. You can remove my access any day.
Pick the part you're missing. The price is on the card.
Website + Booking
No site yet, or one that doesn't book treatments: a new med spa website with booking and tracking.
Booking + Tracking
A site you like whose bookings the ads can't see: booking and tracking connected to it.
Closed Loop
Ads every month: paid visits go back to Google Ads with the amount, so it bids for clients who pay.
The tools I connect
I've set up Calendly and CallRail myself, and booking widgets on WordPress sites. For med spa platforms such as Boulevard, Vagaro, Mangomint or Zenoti, I check on our first call whether yours can pass the ad click or export paid visits, before I quote.
Built for a real practice, shown in the case studies
The booking and tracking parts are the ones I built for a medical practice in New York: the ad click saved with each booking, calls tracked by source, and visits that happened sent back to Google Ads with their value.
The rules that shape the site
Each of these is a guide I wrote from the primary sources, checked on the date it shows.
Questions owners ask first
How much does a med spa website cost?
From $3,490 for a med spa website with online booking, call tracking and conversion tracking, up to 8 pages, fixed in writing after a 15-minute call. Paid monthly it is $490 a month for 12 months, hosting included. If you keep the site you have, booking and tracking alone are $1,490.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. The Booking + Tracking package ($1,490) connects your booking platform to the site you have and sets up the conversions. A redesign is quoted the same way as a new site.
Can I advertise Botox or weight loss treatments on Google?
It depends on the treatment and on how the ad words it. My guide to Google Ads healthcare policy goes through what can run, what needs certification and what can't run at all.
Will it work with my booking platform?
Usually, if the platform can show on your own pages, or send bookings and payments out by webhook, API or export. I check yours on the first call before I quote.
How do you handle client privacy?
The setup stays HIPAA-conscious. Patient records stay in your own systems; Google Ads and GA4 get an ad click id, a value and a time, never a name, a phone number in plain text or a treatment.
What does it cost to send paid visits back to Google Ads?
That is the Closed Loop package, $2,490 fixed: booking, call tracking, consent setup, paid visits sent back to Google Ads and the first month of monitoring.
Start with a 15-minute call
Tell me what you have now: the site, the booking tool, the ads. I'll say what I'd build and send a fixed price in writing.
Free, 15 minutes. Pick a time that suits you.
