JobNimbus does not print a price. Its pricing page, in the archived copy I could read, shows four plans split by how many users you have, each with a Request pricing button and no dollar figure. AccuLynx is the same: a request form, two named plans and no price. What matters is how many people you will put in the system, which extras you will buy, and whether the tool can tell you which lead became a roof.
Quick answer
- Treat both vendors as quote-only. Get the quote in writing, with the user count, the plan and every add-on itemized.
- Count your people before the call: office, estimators, sales reps, canvassers, crew leads and subs. Ask which of them need a paid seat.
- Ask what it costs to remove a seat, because JobNimbus's help page says deactivating a person does not automatically lower the seats you pay for.
- Ask how to leave: JobNimbus's help center sends newer accounts to their account executive and states no notice period.
- Test the lead source field with three real leads during the free trial, before you sign.
Does either vendor print a price?
JobNimbus's pricing page, archived 2026-06-12, lists Essentials (up to 3 users), Pro (up to 10), Premium (up to 19) and Enterprise (20 or more). Every plan says "Request pricing" (JobNimbus, archived copy of 2026-06-12, checked 2026-10-18). The live URL blocked my automated request on 2026-10-18 and the Wayback Machine holds no newer copy, so check whether anything changed since June.
The June copy's FAQ adds three money answers: no required setup or onboarding fees (paid Professional Services exist for a faster rollout), a 14-day free trial with no credit card, and "monthly or annual agreements" depending on plan and onboarding needs. For accounts opened from March 2026, the help center says to contact your Customer Account Executive to cancel or downgrade (JobNimbus help, checked 2026-10-18), and it names no notice period. Its article for older accounts warns that JobNimbus does not guarantee to hold data for canceled accounts (JobNimbus help, checked 2026-10-18), so export before you leave.
AccuLynx's pricing page is headed "Get AccuLynx Pricing" and sends you to a form (AccuLynx, checked 2026-10-18). Its plan options page names two plans, Pro and Elite, says each company gets a custom price quote and mentions a monthly subscription option under the words "No contracts" (AccuLynx plan options, checked 2026-10-18).
Per-user figures on blogs and comparison sites are not the vendors' own, so I repeat none. Vendors chase this buyer hard: the average click on "roofing crm" is $89.85, with 720 searches a month (Google Ads Keyword Planner estimates for the US, October 2026). That is context, not a software price.
What counts as a seat, and who pays for the canvassers?
JobNimbus's help center says seats belong to roles: the number of seats you assign to a role is how many unique users get that access (JobNimbus help, checked 2026-10-18). The roles are Admin, Sales, Field and Subcontractor. Field and Subcontractor logins are mobile only, and a Subcontractor sees only assigned Work Orders. The page does not say what a seat costs in each role.
The pricing FAQ says you can add or remove users anytime within your plan's user limit. The help article adds the catch: deactivating a team member does not automatically reduce the seats you pay for, seats are removed through your Customer Account Executive, and no refunds or credits are given if you fail to decrease seats during a billing cycle.
Roofing headcount swings with the season. Canvassers added after a March storm are seats you may not want in January. Ask whether a seasonal canvasser needs a seat, whether a field-only login does, and how a seat is dropped at renewal.
Which costs sit outside the monthly plan?
The pricing page names two add-ons, each by request: a Marketing Bundle (managed websites, SEO and paid ads, or a built-in marketing system the page calls beta) and a Communications Bundle for texting, for current customers only. A Professional Services add-on appears in the plan comparison for Essentials, Pro and Premium.
Payments is the one outside cost with printed figures. JobNimbus's help center lists credit and debit cards at 3.2% + $0.29 per transaction, ACH (eCheck, a bank transfer) at 1% capped at $50 and a one-time $20 boarding fee taken from your first payout, and calls these starting rates that some accounts pay differently (JobNimbus help, checked 2026-10-18). Card rates can rise after the card brands' twice-yearly reviews, with 30 calendar days' notice (JobNimbus help, checked 2026-10-18). On a large deposit the card fee grows with the amount while the eCheck fee stops at $50, so ask whether big jobs can go through ACH.
JobNimbus's integrations page lists EagleView and Hover for measurements, SumoQuote for proposals, Wisetack and Sunlight for financing and SalesRabbit and Spotio for canvassing (JobNimbus, archived copy of 2026-07-11, checked 2026-10-18). The June plan comparison caps integrations at 2 on Essentials, with Pro shown as 5 or 5+, so count the ones you need before you pick a band. Whether a measurement report or a canvassing app costs extra is not stated, so put each one on your question list.
That page calls SumoQuote "now part of the JobNimbus family", and a help article describes moving SumoQuote accounts into JobNimbus's own estimating, with the old account turning read-only after 30 days (JobNimbus help, checked 2026-10-18). Neither page says whether SumoQuote is billed separately.
What does a year of seats cost against one roof?
Illustrative: every number below is made up for an imaginary roofing company, and none comes from a client. It has one office manager, two sales reps and four canvassers, so 7 people, which falls in a band up to 10.
Formula: yearly cost = (monthly quote x 12) + any paid onboarding help, then roofs to break even = yearly cost / gross profit of one roof. Card fees are paid per job, so they stay out of this sum.
| Line | Made-up figure |
|---|---|
| Monthly quote for the account | $900 |
| 12 months | $10,800 |
| Paid onboarding help, if bought | $1,500 |
| Yearly cost | $12,300 |
| Gross profit on one replacement | $6,200 |
| Roofs to break even | 12,300 / 6,200 = 1.98, so 2 roofs |
If two estimates a year that would have gone cold turn into signed roofs because a follow-up task fired on time, the year is paid for. If you need seven seats but only three people use it daily, shrink the headcount before you negotiate. JobNimbus says onboarding fees are not required, so drop that line if you skip Professional Services.
Does it record where each lead came from?
JobNimbus has a Lead Source tab in Admin Settings where you add, rename, hide or delete sources (JobNimbus help, checked 2026-10-18). Sources show on the Sales tab of Insights, even hidden ones. The Classic Reports filter article says any information on your records can be used as a filter (JobNimbus help, checked 2026-10-18), so have the rep build a contact report by source for one date range during the demo.
Its Zapier triggers are contact and job created, modified or deleted; its actions create a job, create or update a contact and add an attachment; and its contact searches return the source name (JobNimbus help, checked 2026-10-18). Google Ads is not named there, and the archived integrations page lists no CallRail entry.
The closest documented route back to ad platforms is a native WhatConverts integration announced on 2026-09-03: when a job or invoice is created in JobNimbus, its revenue flows into WhatConverts, a lead attribution tool, and the release says that data can be fed back into platforms like Google and Facebook (JobNimbus press, archived copy of 2026-10-02, checked 2026-10-18). It is for customers with a WhatConverts account, and the release prints no price.
Every route needs the source on the contact from the first touch. When I set up call tracking, each tracking number stands for one source, and that label only helps once it lands on the customer record. A roofer's sources are canvassing, Google Ads, Business Profile, Angi, referrals and storm lists, so create one lead source for each. My roofing leads guide covers how to tag them and the contractor CRM post covers sending signed jobs back to ad platforms.
JobNimbus or AccuLynx?
| Decision point | JobNimbus (as published) | AccuLynx (as published) |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Request form; no figure on archived page | Request form; custom quote |
| Plan shape | Four plans by user band | Two plans, Pro and Elite |
| Contract | Monthly or annual, by plan; cancel through account executive | Monthly option, "No contracts" |
| Add-ons | Marketing and Communications bundles, Professional Services | Texting, Customer Portal, AccuPay payments, ReportsPlus and others; cost not stated |
| Reports | Reports and Insights in every plan | Custom reporting in both; pipeline and closing percentage reports in Elite only |
| Incoming leads | Lead Source tab; Angi, SalesRabbit, Spotio, Roofle | CallRail, Angi, HubSpot, SalesRabbit, Spotio, Roofle |
| Revenue back to ads | WhatConverts integration announced; Zapier and API | Not documented on the pages I read; Zapier listed |
The main documented difference is which way the data moves. AccuLynx's integrations page lists CallRail ("Automatically sync CallRail leads and activities with AccuLynx"), so call leads come in (AccuLynx integrations, checked 2026-10-18). JobNimbus lists no call tracking tool, but its press page announces revenue going out to WhatConverts. Both list Angi, which JobNimbus documents in its help center, and the same canvassing apps (JobNimbus help, checked 2026-10-18). I do not rank them; ask each rep to show both directions working on your data. More on picking numbers in my call tracking comparison.
What goes on my list for the sales call?
- Which roles need a paid seat, and how do I remove one at renewal?
- Is my agreement monthly or annual, when does it renew, and what notice ends it?
- Which integrations bill separately, such as measurement reports and proposals, and how many does my plan allow?
- Can you show a report of signed jobs by lead source on my sample data?
- Can I export my contacts and jobs if I leave, and in what format?
- If my website form captures the Google Ads click ID (the gclid, a code Google adds to each ad click), which field on the contact stores it?

Frequently asked questions
Does JobNimbus publish its prices?
Not on the copy of its pricing page I could read. Each of the four plans shows a user band and a Request pricing button, and no dollar figure. The live page blocked my automated request on 2026-10-18 and the newest archived copy is from 2026-06-12, so check today's page yourself.
What is JobNimbus used for?
Its own site calls it an all-in-one platform for roofing contractors, and it has pages for siding, gutters and fencing too. Its plans list contacts, estimates, invoices, eSign, payments, reports and project boards. It is not an ad platform or a call tracking tool.
Who owns JobNimbus or AccuLynx?
Neither company's pages that I read name a current owner. JobNimbus's About page (archived copy of 2026-10-03) says Ben Hodson, Nick Wood and Jason Wood co-founded it in 2013 and that it took its first outside funding, $53 million from Mainsail Partners, at the end of 2020. AccuLynx's About page says founder Rich Spanton started it in 2008, and its footer line reads: © 2026 ExactLogix, Inc. Ask the sales rep which company signs your agreement.
Do canvassers need a paid seat in a roofing CRM?
It depends on the vendor's rules, and the answer changes the bill more than any other line. JobNimbus's help page ties seats to roles (Admin, Sales, Field and Subcontractor) and counts one seat per user, but it does not say what each role's seat costs. Ask for the answer in writing for your canvassers and your subs.
How do I know which lead source produced a signed roof?
Record the source on the contact the first time anyone touches it, then count signed jobs by that source in your own CRM. If the CRM cannot report by source, keep a simple sheet with source, signed date and contract amount. The CRM only helps if the field is filled in before the estimate.
